i just realized that i am always wearing these green shorts when i record! haha - funny.

oh my. what a fantastic experience. when the base gets all loud at 1:11, i was just FEELING IT. im not sure it translates well on the video clip but thought i would share anyways :)

this improv dance piece is really coming from a primal base of emotional energy deep within that i have penting up for the last couple weeks.

i really let go and just moved. i dont even know if i would call it dancing. well, at least not technical dancing. i just let my body and whatever i was feeling move and relinquish the intensity it was churning in my body; almost an unbearable state really, to just ooze out in movement.

patience as it picks up as it goes on.

gonna be teaching hip hop at a fitness and dance studio. so i started playing around w choreography tonight. i wanted to make it fun, fast and not too too hard :)
